Named Executive Officer or “NEO” means each of the following individuals:Ĭorporate Officer means, with respect to the Recipient, its president any vice president in charge of a principal business unit, division, or function (such as sales, administration or finance) any other officer who performs a policy-making function or any other person who performs similar policy making functions for the Recipient.
Trustee Officer means, with respect to the Indenture Trustee, any officer within the Corporate Trust Office of the Indenture Trustee with direct responsibility for the administration of the Indenture and the other Basic Documents on behalf of the Indenture Trustee and also, with respect to a particular matter, any other officer to whom such matter is referred because of such officer's knowledge of and familiarity with the particular subject and, with respect to the Owner Trustee, any officer within the Corporate Trust Office of the Owner Trustee with direct responsibility for the administration of the Trust Agreement and the other Basic Documents on behalf of the Owner Trustee.
